Rent a private office at our place – furnished and laid out exactly how you want it. Perfect for fresh starters, mid-size, or multi companies as an additional office.
Renting a private office also includes several advantages: unlimited 7/24 access with private keys and cards, all utilities included, free hours and huge discounts in the meeting room, air conditioner, lightning-speed internet, cleaning every 2 days, kitchen equipments, stationery, postal service, toiletry replenishment, printer products.
Currently, we have one 36 sqm room and a 90 sqm two level private office with a plus private 16 sqm room . WE provide meeting room usage as well.

The air-conditioned space is an excellent venue for small and medium-sized events. Perfect for 2-25 people.
We furnish the space with chairs and tables according to your wishes, and our reception service will help you with welcoming guests.
We also provide the opportunity for ordering catering services.
For your event you can use our biggest room, the kitchen, the dining area and the meeting room.

What is coworking?
Coworking is a global movement that provides collaborative and innovative office space solutions for people to grow their businesses. It is generally defined as flexible, membership-based workspaces where diverse groups of freelancers, remote workers, and other independent professionals work together in a shared, communal setting.

What are your opening hours?
We are open on working days from 9am to 6pm. Coworkers with Fix Passes and private office tenants can use the space 24/7.
What is the difference between Fix Pass and Flexible Pass?
With a Flex Pass, you can work at any of the tables in our common space and it is first come first served, you can access the space between 9am to 6pm on working days. With a Fix Pass you have a specific desk that is only yours and you can set it up with your own monitor & printer, you have a 24/7 access to the space.
Do you have printing services?
Yes we have printers onsite. We do not charge anything for occasional printings, only for frequent printings.
Can I make phone calls in the space?
Feel free to make phone calls or video calls in Collabor8. It is important not to disturb others and they will not disturb you either. If you don’t feel comfortable, you can go to any free skype rooms or meeting rooms for short calls.
Are there any additional expenses that are not included in the fees?
There are no hidden fees or additional expenses unless otherwise agreed upon. Such as printing a lot of pages or additional meeting room hours above your membership allotment.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We do not have traditional leases for our spaces (except private office lease), we have a membership agreement for use of the space.
Is there a minimum commitment?
We don’t have a minimum commitment, all the memberships are month to month.
Is deposit required?
We ask for a 1 month deposit for private offices, no deposit is needed for coworkers.
Do I need a certain type of C8D membership to book the meeting space?
Yes, you must have a C8D membership to make regular bookings in our meeting room.
Do you allow outside groups to book at C8D for meetings or events?
Yes, we allow outside groups for meetings or events, please inquire for availability in our booking request form.
Do I have to make an appointment for a tour or can I just stop in?
Tours must be booked in advance so that we can make sure someone is available to show you around and answer any questions you may have.
Can I welcome my client in the space?
You can welcome your client while you are here, it is free for up to 30 minutes. If they would like to stay for longer, they have to buy a half-day or daily ticket.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are allowed in private offices, in common areas they must be kept on a leash.
